Good news for Jax Taylor!
The former Vanderpump Rules star just paid off some major debt on his Los Angeles mansion.

According to The Sun, Jax Taylor has paid off $1.6 million debt after the government put a lien on his Los Angeles mansion. The former VPR star shares the home with his wife, Brittany Cartwright.
“A Notice of Federal Tax Lien obtained by The U.S. Sun was filed in July 2022 in the amount of $1,058,345.58. The amount includes $23,008.45 for the 2014 year, $118,169.57 for 2016, $72,110.16 for 2017, $198,190.36 for 2018 and $646,867.04 for 2019,” the outlet reported.
Official documents read,“we have made a demand for payment of this liability, but it remains unpaid. Therefore, there is a lien in favor of the United States on all property and rights to property belonging to this taxpayer for the amount of these taxes, and additional penalties, interests and costs that may accrue.”
The reality star was hit with several different state tax liens on their home worth $1.9 million.
The couple have dug out of financial trouble just in time, as Brittany may have hinted at another baby on the way! When the 33-year-old posted a video of her elaborate holiday decorations, fans believed that they spotted a hint.
“I never want to take my Christmas Decor down,” wrote the mother of one in her Instagram caption. Her video showed their wreaths, lights, tree, and more.
What caught the eyes of her followers was a fourth stocking on her mantle that did NOT have a name clearly marked on it like the others. Some people in the comments suggested that it could be for their dog or for Brittany’s mom, Sherri Cartwright, who visited for the holidays.
It looks like we will have to wait and see if the Cauchis are expanding to a family of four.
There have been rumors that other projects are keeping them busy. A few months ago, All About the Real Housewives reported that the couple is planning their return to television.

“The former SUR bartender reveals that he and Brittany are plotting their return to reality TV. On top of that, they are also launching a podcast. Jax is also releasing a children’s book inspired by his late father, Ronald Cauchi.”
